Questions?

How long is the rental term?

We offer license agreements that range from month-to-month, to yearly. Licenses start a minimum 3-months length and then go month-to-month thereafter.

What does my monthly rent include?

Costs like utilities, security, and wifi are included in your bill.

Is Office or Coworking available?

We offer private office suites to rent, or a coworking option. Both are available at an extra charge. Inquire to learn more.

How large are the warehouse spaces?

We have a simple size plan – Small, Medium, Large and XL.

Can I design the interior of my unit?

Yes! You can build out your individual unit to your specific needs. We offer help in designing the right layout, and have vendors that can help you with the right shelving, stations and equipment.

Am I required to use any of your technology or software providers?

No! You are free to use any provider. There are extra discounts you can access by going through Portal, but you are not required to.
